Executive Coaching

Ask yourselves two questions: Are you as fulfilled as you possibly could be as a leader in the workplace? Are you as effective as you possibly could be as a leader in the workplace? My coaching helps you find the path to “yes” on both questions. Fulfillment and effectiveness go hand in hand in professional life: you can’t be fulfilled if you’re not effective, and you can’t be effective if you’re not fulfilled. As your coach, I partner with you to help you understand what fulfillment and effectiveness mean to you and to claim your power as a fulfilled and effective leader.

Individual Coaching

Clients come to me when they have a big decision to make, when they’re stuck, or when they decide it is time to reflect on the future they want to create for themselves. I help my clients clarify what it is they truly want, how to find their purpose, and the steps they need to take to move forward into action. As a coach, I ask my clients to reflect deeply so they can find the power they have to propel their lives forward.

Women's Groups

I facilitate women’s “Boards of Advisors:” groups of women who come together to support and advise each other on challenges they face in the workplace, on finding fulfillment and building their own effectiveness, or on any shared inquiry they would like to embark upon.

Contact me for an initial consultation and to discuss how to form a group. Groups typically comprise 6-10 people and meet monthly.
